From Flooded to Flawless
Water damage is a serious issue, and if not handled quickly, can quickly become both expensive and a health hazard. Secondary damage can set in within hours, and mold growth is no joke in Texas. These are some of the situations we handle:
- Flooding from frozen or damaged pipes
- Damage from water leaks
- Sewage backups and overflows
- Damage from storm and flash floods
It is our practice to strictly adhere to IICRC S500 when performing water damage recovery and restoration services.
We work with insurance adjustors and companies directly to simplify the claims process.

Our Water Damage Restoration Process
-
1. Inspection and Assessment:
We start by assessing the extent of water damage and develop a plan to remove liquid and absorbed water from affected areas. This includes assessing the degree of wetness and saturation of various areas and materials.
-
2. Water Extraction:
Using commercial truck-mount extractors and specialized tools, we remove standing water and extract water from carpet to prevent secondary damage. Different extractors are used for some materials, like wooden floors, which require special care.
-
3. Drying and Dehumidification:
Our team uses industrial dehumidifiers and air movers to dry out the affected areas. We monitor the drying process twice daily (morning and evening) to make sure the drying plan is effective and progress is being made toward the restoration goal.
-
4. Cleaning and Sanitization:
We thoroughly clean and (if necessary) sanitize the affected areas to prepare for restoration activities and reduce the potential for microbial growth. This can include the application of biocides or deodorants if necessary.
-
5. Restoration and Repair:
After everything is dried and sanitized, we may complete any necessary repairs to restore your property so that it approximates pre-damage conditions. Depending on the circumstances and materials involved, results may vary, but we have a long track record of excellent outcomes and solid customer service.
